Project Description
HMS Construction is constructing the offsite Traffic Signals, Interconnect, and Street lighting for the highly regarded home builder, Shea Homes in the City of Escondido. This Project includes three (3) brand new traffic signals and over a mile of traffic signal interconnect. This project will enhance the city’s traffic flow and signal synchronization to allow its residents and pedestrians a safer traffic corridor.
