Project Description
HMS will be installing fiber optic cables, CCTV cameras, vehicle detection and upgrading traffic control devices for implementation of an IP-based communication system along three major corridors with the City of San Marcos. The project will enhance the City’s traffic monitoring program and improve traffic flow along these corridors. This project is schedule to be completed in March 2017.
