Project Description
HMS Construction, Inc. is a subcontractor to Modern Rail Systems (MRS) for the construction of the Overhead Catenary System on this Iconic Mid Coast Corridor Project. HMS is coordinating the power, electrification, and signaling for the new 11.5 mile San Diego Trolley extension from Old Town to University Towne Center. Initial construction begins in 2017, finish is planned for 2021.
