Project Description
HMS Construction, working as a subcontractor to the Joint Venture team of Flatiron/Skanska/Stacy and Witbeck, is constructing the first phase of the Freeway Electrical System on this Iconic project. This portion includes the removal, temp, and installation of all new traffic signals; ramp metering, CCTV systems, and fiber optic interconnect on Interstate 5 from Solana Beach to Encinitas.
