HMS Construction was subcontracted by Helix Electric Inc. to provide all labor, equipment and consumables for the 46.9 MW/AC Waipio Utility Grade Solar Project as follows; survey and install 19,800ea piles for racking system, excavate, install, and backfill (28,860 LF) of medium voltage direct buried cable and ( 37,700 LF) low voltage direct buried cable. November 2015 to March 2016.
