Under a Job Order Contract, HMS was awarded the platform renovation at the historic Santa Fe Depot Station. The Depot shares access with the San Diego Trolley, the Coaster, and Amtrak. Within the Depot, the San Diego Trolley has 1,300 lineal feet of boarding platform for servicing the Blue, Green, and Orange Trolley lines. HMS managed to maintain 275 lineal feet of passenger boarding in two directions at all times while performing demolition, electrical upgrades, decorative fencing, moving shelters and installation of a bituminous paver system.
