The Military Veteran Mike and his wife Sharon started HMS from the garage of their home and primarily focused on Traffic Signal, Street Lighting, and Medium to High Voltage Electrical work. HMS Construction, Inc. soon focused on the multitude of transportation infrastructure projects, including Intelligent Transportation Systems, Highway Electrical, Airport Lighting, Sports Lighting, Medium and High Voltage Infrastructure, and large design-build Light Rail Transit Systems including Rail Signaling, Traction Power, and OCS work.
