Project Description
HMS performed the site electrical and communication infrastructure for multiple subdivision housing projects at Kaneohe Marine Corps. Base. Work included over 9 miles of new duct banks, manholes and handholes to support new communication, medium and low voltage conductors. Over 150 single & three phase transformers fed from new VFI pad mount switches were installed throughout the projects. Existing 11.5kv overhead conductors were re-routed and de-energized in phases to build the homes. Over 450 new area light fixtures illuminate the new neighborhoods.
