Project Description
HMS as a sub to Reyes Construction, Inc. is performing all of the railroad signal upgrades, as well as the platform electrical and communication for the upgrades taking place at the Oceanside Transit Center. The upgrades include larger upgraded passenger platforms for accessing trains along with the addition of several railroad switches and crossovers allowing for more efficient train movement. This project will be completed in the spring of 2017.
